Enuresis / Kencing Malam

 Enuresis / Kencing Malam

Enuresis is the involuntary discharge of urine during sleep. It is commonly seen in children, but is only considered as an abnormal condition when the child is over three years old and the involuntary urination continue.
Don’t be surprised if not treated, enuresis can be prolong till adult life. Some says it may be due to psychological or mental disorder, some say due to worms and homeopath says it due to the weakness of vital force in the body.

According to TCM , its causes are thought to be related to the lungs, spleen, kidney and bladder.

Clinical Manifestation

The chief feature of this disorder is the involuntary discharge of urine during sleep at night. In minor cases, it may happen once fortnightly, but in severe cases, it may occur many times one night. In chronic cases, this condition may last for over ten years and it is also seen in adult.

Acupuncture treatment is considered as the best for enuresis.
Main points CV4 Duiduan, SP6 Sanjinjiao, H7 Shenmen, Lu7 Liegue

Case Report:
The patient Miss K Female Age 20 yrs.

History: She had bedwetting since she was born. It was once or twice on average and was more during rainy season. She look very weak with pale face. In the day time she use to urinate about 10 times. At night she pass urine unconsciously one or twice during sleeping.
Treatment given: Acupouncture Points at B 32 Cilao, CV 4 Guanyuan and Sp 6 Sanjinjiao , once daily for three time.
After three therapy enuresis stopped and we insist to continue for another three more additional therap and she was completely normal.

Eczema

 Eczema / Gatal Kulit / Badang

Eczema and psorasis are the two types of skin disease which is often observed in person with hypersensitive constitution with tendency to suffer from weakness of vital force. It chronic in nature and may due to dirty blood circulation, genetic or family history. Its characteristic are paroxysmal intense itching and minute papules which are symmetrically distributed, turn red and effuse when scratched. Clinically, there are acute and chronic types.
In TCM, its causes are thought to be the inbalance of ying and yang and the invasion of the skin by wind – heat of the pathogenic heat due to deficiency of blood.

Clinical Manifestation
Acute eczema manifests vesicles, erosion, erythema,a papules, oozing, crusting and scaling. Where as in psorsis intense itching with great burning sensation and sometime the skin become inflame just like roast prawn. In Chronic eczema progresses for a long time during which acute attackes frequently occur.

fatty Liver cured

Complaint of Hepatitis B, with fatty Liver
Alt Level - 103

Blotted stomach, constipation, sometime headache, pian in stomch, some doctor say liver cirrhosis, also having sinusitis. Pateint was critically ill and the doctor in New Zeland says there is nothing that they can do.

Patient started searching internet and found our site and come direct to Kuala Lumpur to see us.

On the fisr visit 6 Dec., 2003 I have given very good 'acupuncture treatment to treat liver and given all necessary ac pts on 'Liver Channel' for 45 minutes and orally I gave homeopathic medicication for 4 months to be taken to New Zealand.

After four months the patient came back to Malaysia with very much improvement.

9 May 2004 we have repeated the same procedure and given 3 montsh of medication.
The Alt level has goner down to 80.
20 Nov 2004 pateint came back to Kuala Lumpur for another 4 months of medication. Now he is very much improved.

23 April 2005 patient came back to malaysia. With ALT result 55 and the patient feel completely normal and the doctor on NZ suprised to hear that 'homeopathy and acupuncture' can treat such disease. He continue to take 4 months of medication

25 Dec. 2005 - His hepatitis in completely cured. Suprise to hear such news. Alt gone down to 40

 Patient: Miss NSAbtS , A young Malay girl. Age: 15 yrs.

Came to our clinic on 5 August 2000 with

Diagnosis: Dlip Disc Unable to walk and unable to move for the last 8 months.

5 August 2000

On the first visit we have given acupuncture treatment and homeopathic medication for two weeks.

19 August 2000, she came back - not much improvement. Continue the same therapy and medication for two weeks.

16 sept - repeat the same

4 Nov she feel better and improve about 25%

16 Dec - Repeat the same procedure.

25 feb 2001 - she came back with 50 % improvement and she now can walk up the stairs in her house.

Prostatitis

 Prostatititis & acupuncture Treatment

Prostatitis is one of the common infectious disease of the male genital system and caused by the invasion of bacteria through penetrating prostatic tube after its invasion of the urethra.
In traditional Chinese Medicine , chronic prostatitis is called ‘ Bai Zhuo’ and is due to the injury of the seven modes of emotion and the deficiency of the spleen and kidney.

Clinical Manisfestation
Clinically, there are acute and chronic types of prostatitis. Acupuncture and Homeopathic therapy is considered as one of the best treatment for prostatitis. In acute prostatitis manifests acute symptoms of bladder stimulation and there is bloody urine at the terminal stream.
